Arteriopatie obliterantă stadiul IV
Obliterans Arteriopathy IV stage
(B.G., m., 65 ani / years old)
 Clinical Appearance: intense pain of the calf and foot ("equine" position). 
Atrophic changes in the lower leg and foot, haemorragic ulcerations of calf, cyanosis of foot (gangrenous lesions on the foot).
Clinic: dureri intense la nivelul piciorului și gambei stângi care sunt ținute în poziție "equin", flictene hemoragice ale gambei, cianoză a antepiciorului (gangrenă umedă).
 Lesions (details) 
Operative indication: amputation of thigh.
Detaliu al leziunilor clinice. Indicația operatorie este de amputație de coapsă.
 Intraoperative Appearance: thrombus in the femoral artery. 
Aspect intraoperator: trombusul din artera femurală.
